Terms and Conditions
Reserving the Condo
The condo is not reserved until a deposit has been received. The unit will be held for you for a 24 hour period without a deposit. After 24 hours, it will be made available to other potential guests.
A $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Other than that, reservations may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to your intended occupancy date with no additional penalty. For cancellations made within 60 days of your intended occupancy date, your entire payment will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the condo. If we are able to re-rent the condo to another guest during your date range, as a refund you will receive the amount that we collect for the new rental. No refunds for no-shows.
